Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, a minimum of 24 hours notice is requested to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Should rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment occurs in less than 24 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment time, a rescheduling fee of $25 per scheduled service will be issued.  The rescheduling fee is to be reconciled prior to booking your next appointment. 

​

Arriving late may limit the time available for your service(s), resulting in lessening of its effectiveness and of your enjoyment.  Guests who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time will be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the rescheduling fee.  Please be advised that if you are delayed in your arrival, your service will end at its scheduled time.  Your timely arrival is greatly appreciated.

Your time is of great value and The Hair Suite Door County reserves your appointment time exclusively for you!  Please know the affect of rescheduling or cancelling without the requested notice results in a missed opportunity for other guests eager to fulfill the appointment time.  The Hair Suite Door County has the right to refuse future appointment requests in the event of habitual rescheduling, cancellations, and/or no-shows.

 

Service Redo & Return Policy

The Hair Suite Door County strives to offer each of its guests the highest level of guest satisfaction.  In the event of experiencing cut or color challenges please email info.thehairsuite@gmail.com within 3 days of your scheduled visit.  Please allow up to 24 business hours for a cut or color adjustment approval.  Due to the amount of time and products invested, The Hair Suite Door County does not offer refunds on services.

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, retail returns at full refund will be accepted if the return is within 7 days of purchase and with a receipt.

Child Policy

​

For safety and liability reasons, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are receiving a service.  Children are only permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service.  Please understand The Hair Suite Door County does not have the facilities to care for children in its small space.  Thank you kindly for understanding that I cannot assure their safety in a professional working environment.  Your cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated.

Courtesy Appointment Reminders

​

As a courtesy you will receive an email or text message to notify you of your confirmed scheduled appointment/service(s).  The online booking system will send you reminders of booking the appointment; 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment; and then 24 hours prior to provide you plenty of time to notify the salon should you need to reschedule or cancel.  Advanced confirmation is a courtesy to you because I know unforseen events can and do arise.  However, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times; and to keep your contact information current to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential rescheduling fees.
